Established by the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-2728 dated January 13, 2017 "On additional measures for the effective implementation of the program for the construction and reconstruction of affordable multi-apartment houses in cities in 2017-2020". "Uzshahar Qurilish Invest" is the company that has built the largest number of "multi-storey residential buildings" in the history of independent Uzbekistan. Over the past 8 years, the company has built and commissioned 1,300 apartment buildings, totaling 62,138 apartments. In addition to high-rise buildings, the company has also built schools, preschools, shopping malls, and offices.
