The Association of Developers of Uzbekistan announces a landmark partnership with leading international organizations to deliver comprehensive Building Information Modeling (BIM) training to construction professionals across Uzbekistan. This multi-year initiative represents a significant investment in building the digital capabilities of the country's construction workforce.
The partnership brings together AZUZ with established BIM education providers, software vendors, and international development organizations. Together, they will deliver a structured curriculum covering BIM fundamentals, software proficiency, implementation strategies, and advanced collaborative workflows.
Key program features include:
- Hands-on training with industry-standard BIM software
- Certification upon successful completion of each training level
- Ongoing support and resources for continued learning
- Train-the-trainer programs to build local expertise
- Access to international best practices and case studies
The program targets multiple audiences, including architects, engineers, project managers, contractors, and construction administrators. Training will be delivered through a combination of in-person workshops, online modules, and on-site project support.
"This partnership represents a transformative investment in our industry's future," stated AZUZ leadership. "By equipping our professionals with BIM capabilities, we're not just adopting new tools - we're fundamentally changing how we design, coordinate, and deliver construction projects."
The first training cohort will begin in October 2025, with plans to train over 500 professionals in the first year. Registration information and schedule details will be announced in the coming weeks.
