The Association of Developers of Uzbekistan was registered by the Ministry of Justice on December 11, 2020, under number 311, and according to the Association's Charter:

  • it is a non-profit organization that voluntarily unites legal entities operating in the construction sector; does not set profit generation as its primary goal in its activities and does not distribute received income among its members; 
  • is responsible for the comprehensive development of the construction industry, implementation of modern equipment and technologies in the sector, promotion of innovative ideas, protection of the rights and legitimate interests of legal entities that are members of the association, achievement of social goals, satisfaction of spiritual and intangible needs, as well as fulfillment of other socially beneficial tasks.

Main objectives of the Association:

  • Taking appropriate measures for the voluntary unification of construction organizations operating on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan; 
  • Studying the experience of developed countries, conducting scientific research and preparing industry-related proposals;
  • Implementing new innovative ideas, modern equipment and technologies in construction works carried out on the territory of the country;
  • Studying foreign experience and attracting foreign specialists;
  • Improving the qualifications of organizations and specialists working in the construction sector;
  • Establishing cooperation with state and public organizations, as well as carrying out charitable activities.

Rights and obligations of Association members:

Members' rights:

  • Receive information about the Association's activities;
  • Submit proposals to the Association's management and control bodies and participate in their formation;
  • Participate in programs and projects adopted by the Association;
  • Use the services of the Association's management bodies;
  • Use the Association's database and scientific-methodological resources;
  • Nominate candidates for management bodies and be elected;
  • Participate in decision-making on all issues related to the Association's activities;
  • Use the Association's services on equal terms;
  • Have an equal number of votes at general meetings;
  • Submit proposals and comments on the Association's activities, participate in their consideration;
  • Receive information about plans, programs and their implementation;
  • Request information from management bodies on the implementation of general meeting decisions;
  • Submit proposals to the agenda of the general meeting;
  • Contact the Association's management bodies on any issue related to their activities;
  • Receive consultations, assistance and other support from the Association;
  • Voluntarily withdraw from the Association.

Members' obligations:

  • Fully comply with the requirements of the Association's Charter;
  • Pay membership fees in a timely manner and in the prescribed order;
  • Implement decisions of the Association's management bodies;
  • Timely inform about changes in legal address and contact information.

The amount of membership fees is determined annually within the framework of the annual budget approved by the General Meeting of the Association.

Organizations in the construction sector apply with an application addressed to the Chairman of the Association's Board to become members of the Association, and after approval by the decision of the General Meeting, a membership agreement is signed between the Association and the organization
